Role: Key Account Manager
Location : Our office in Amsterdam North (the Curve building)

Your main goal:
As our Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing our biggest accounts and to create growth opportunities, and optimize our commercial activities. You will initiate projects and collaborate across departments to improve sales and business development, driving our company to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner Management & Acquisition
Manage and strengthen our biggest existing partner accounts.
Actively build new relationships with potential big partners.
Commercial opportunities & Strategy
Responisble for achieving revenue and growth targets.
Work together with the Commercial Director to determine the best strategy for managing our partner relations.
Process Improvement & Projects
Strengthen the sales process with efficient use of tools such as CRM systems.
Independently identify improvement areas within existing processes and take the lead in implementing solutions.
In this role, you will be an integral part of the Commercial team, which comprises three core areas: Sales B2C & B2B, Customer Service, and Business Development. Together, these teams are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer and partner satisfaction.
Job requirements
About you:
A Bachelor of University degree in Business, Economics or Marketing or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
You have a keen eye for opportunity and love chasing targets.
Communicatively strong and effortlessly build lasting relationships.
Able to use data and insights to advise clients and achieve results.
Show ownership and enjoy thinking about improvement and growth.
Experience with CRM tools and affinity with digital solutions.
Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
